By accessing and using Style-Solver, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Style-Solver is an AI-powered fashion outfit generation service. You upload a clothing item photo, and we generate 3 outfit inspiration images featuring that item styled on a model. The service uses artificial intelligence and may not always produce perfect results.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must be at least 16 years old to use Style-Solver
One person may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Credits and Payments

Free Trial: New registered users receive 1 free credit (3 AI-generated images) upon completing the Style Quiz.

Starter Pack (£4.99 / $5.99): One-time purchase of 5 credits (15 AI-generated images). Credits never expire.

Pro Pack (£14.99 / $18.99): One-time purchase of 20 credits (60 AI-generated images). Best value. Credits never expire.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Once credits are purchased and used to generate outfit images, the service has been delivered and cannot be returned. We strongly encourage you to use your free trial credit first to ensure Style-Solver meets your expectations before purchasing additional credits.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and USD ($) with automatic currency conversion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI system
Resell or redistribute generated images (unless you have a Pro subscription)
Use automated systems to generate content in bulk

6. Intellectual Property

Your Uploads: You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to process them for outfit generation.

Generated Images: All AI-generated outfit images are for personal use only. Free users will see a small watermark on generated images, which is removed for paying customers.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Style-Solver is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Quality or accuracy of AI-generated images
Loss of data or content
Business losses or damages
Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

11. Governing Law
